A small firm that finishes things.

We started in 2019 as three engineers tired of watching good prototypes die between the pilot and the procurement committee. We stayed small on purpose: small team, senior people, visible work.

Six rules we do not bend.

We believe the gap is never the model. What matters is everything around it: an evaluation set, an owner, a review screen, and a plan for when APIs change.

Key Standards & Operating Principles

  • The baseline comes first: No model is built before we know the current number. If we cannot measure it, we cannot improve it.
  • Evaluation is a deliverable: A labelled test set, run on every change, is part of the build — not a QA favour at the end.
  • No black box: Code in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud, models behind an interface you control.
  • Humans where it matters: Anything irreversible, financial or clinical has a confirmation step. Always.
  • Say the uncomfortable thing: If a rule beats a model, or the build is not worth it, you hear that in week one.
  • Finish and hand over: A system nobody can maintain is not delivered. Runbooks, docs and pairing sessions are in scope.

Five questions, about forty seconds. You get a reply from an engineer within one business day — with a real opinion, not a brochure.
